Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze event data for reporting purposes
  • Ensure all client requests are handled promptly and accurately to exceed expectations
  • Demonstrate excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with clients and team members
