JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CLIENT SERVICING
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive. To interact on day to day basis with large retail brands like Nike , Addidas , Cinepolis , Pantaloons , Nykaa etc who are part of our client portfolio for business oppurtunities .
Candidates with strong communication skills , ability to understand store design , fixture design and work on xl. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer requirements will make you successful in this role..
Responsibilities
· Capture brand guidelines
· Manage day to day communication
· Align production with factory on the client order generated
· Align billing and payments submission and follow up
· Generate monthly and quarterly projection
· Travel for client meeting and on site quality check
Requirements and skills
· Proven work experience on a similar role with 1+ years of experience in retail, advetisement or event management industry
· Excellent communication skills and excel skills, capable of building trusting relationships
· Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
· Diploma in Furniture design and Interior design
· Ability to make XL
· Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
