Job Description

The job involves understanding client needs, offering solutions, and providing support. You will communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective fulfillment of client requirements. You will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism while establishing a positive rapport with clients. Tracking and maintaining records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints will be part of your responsibilities. You will identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction, collect and analyze client feedback to improve service, and maintain updated knowledge of client's products and services. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and leave encashment. The work schedule is during the day shift and the work location is in person.,
