Client Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Your ability to understand client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to promote trust and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, etc.) to fulfill client needs.
• Monitor and manage service delivery to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and track service progress.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
• Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in [languages if required].
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
