Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-10 years of experience in Client Servicing or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
  • Strong background in Client Account Management, Client Handling, Client Relationship, and Client Support.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure handling complex situations calmly and professionally.
