Role Overview As a Client Service Consultant at Trakky, you will serve as a bridge between our partner salons/spas and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, managing client relationships, resolving concerns, and ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Onboard new salon/spa partners and guide them through the setup process. Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries, feedback, and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Monitor partner performance and suggest improvements for better visibility and growth on the platform. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, tech) to address partner needs effectively. Handle concerns or escalations professionally and provide timely resolutions. Promote additional services/features to drive more value for partners. Candidate Requirements Based in Ahmedabad (mandatory for office-based role). 1+ years of experience in client service, account management, or customer success (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a startup environment with fast-changing priorities. Familiarity with CRM tools or support platforms is a plus.
