Client Relationship Officer

Job Title: Client Relationship Officer Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month Gender: Open to All Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between the company and its clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery. Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions. Follow up with clients for renewals, feedback, and upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly. Participate in client meetings and reviews when required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
