Client Relationship Officer

You will be joining Spacewalk Education as a Client Relationship Officer based in Vadodara. Your role will involve meeting with clients, creating proposals, delivering presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting client connections. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Proposals: Customize and develop pre-sales proposals to meet the needs of potential clients. - Client Meetings: Engage with top-level management of educational institutions to discuss and promote services. - Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of post-sales activities to ensure all client interactions are documented and followed up on. - Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Candidate Specification: - Enthusiastic & Passionate: Show enthusiasm and commitment towards the role and company. - Willing to Relocate: Must be open to relocating to Surat, Gujarat. - Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. - Presentation Skills: Possess the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations. Job Details: - Field Work: Spend time meeting with school principals and management as this is a field job. - Office Hours: Work from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. - Travel: Must have a valid driving license and 2-wheeler. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. - Perks: Enjoy paid Casual Leaves, Sick Leaves, and two paid vacations annually of 14 to 17 days each. During training, stay in Surat city. Post-training, work from the Vadodara location. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: - Experience: 0 to 3 years. - Education: Graduation in any stream with strong English communication skills. - Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
