Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand Client needs and provide suitable solutions and services. Provide clients with information regarding our consultancy services, ensuring they understand the value we offer. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales data. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure a positive experience and gather insights for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or a related field. Female candidate preffered Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role are preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the education sector and consultancy services is an advantage. Fluency in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken) is preferred.
