Verify client details such as insurance expiry date and other basic information (which will be provided). Support clients through the renewal process in a professional manner. Skills Required: Basic communication skills. Ability to collect and organize client documents. Attention to detail in handling expiry dates and client records. Basic training will be provided Job Title: Demat & Trading Account Opening Executive / Officer / Associate Job Summary: The Demat & Trading Account Opening Executive will be responsible for assisting clients in opening new Demat and trading accounts, verifying KYC documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer support throughout the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: Contact prospective clients and explain the process of opening Demat and trading accounts. Guide customers through the account opening process — both online and offline. Verify client KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof, etc.) as per SEBI and company norms. Coordinate with back-office and compliance teams to ensure timely activation of accounts. Maintain accurate records of account openings and customer interactions. Handle client queries related to Demat, trading platforms, or account-related issues. Follow up with clients to complete pending applications and documentation. Ensure all processes adhere to compliance, audit, and regulatory guidelines. Support sales and marketing teams in lead conversion related to Demat/trading accounts.
