Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and proactive Client Relationship Manager (Women Only) to join our team in Trivandrum. This role is dedicated to building and sustaining meaningful client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation.
• Understand client requirements and provide personalized solutions.
• Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report on client data to drive better decision-making.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communication and support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Open only to women candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in client relationship management, lead generation, or sales.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing principles is a plus.
• Experience in the manufacturing or events industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
