As a Client Relations & Order Management Executive at One O Sports, a premium custom sportswear and cricket equipment manufacturer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional after-sales support to our elite clients worldwide. You will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, address product-related concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction by building long-term relationships through personalized assistance. In terms of order management, you will be responsible for managing incoming orders, ensuring accurate client specifications, tracking order progress from production to shipping, and maintaining precise order records in the system. You will collaborate with sales, production, and shipping departments to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a background in customer service or after-sales roles, preferably in a B2B or sports-related industry. Attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
