Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Mumbai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, resolving any issues that arise, and identifying opportunities for business growth through upselling and cross-selling our solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in client relationship management or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Understanding of the technology and software solutions industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
