CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers by resolving complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales and providing support from sales booking to transaction closure. Coordinating with all teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Maintaining the customer database and communicating company updates. Ensuring all client leads are met and existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. Requesting genuine feedback and providing support on company products or services. Understanding and solving client queries effectively.
