Job Summary:

Astrent Sons Collective LLP is seeking a female Client Relationship Manager to support our customer interactions, lead nurturing, and brand engagement. The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in English, based in Gurgaon, and comfortable handling both client communication and basic digital engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing company in the food and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Attend incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Maintain and update Excel sheets and CRM records regularly
• Take follow-ups from clients and leads
• Conduct cold calling to prospective B2B or retail clients
• Send WhatsApp marketing messages and follow-ups
• Attend meetings with senior team members when required
• Engage actively with Instagram followers – reply to comments, DMs, and maintain basic community engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing
• Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, or order summaries when required
• Maintain confidentiality of client and business data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client handling or tele-sales/customer care
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Female candidates only
• Must be based in Gurgaon – no remote or relocation applicants
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer handling
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and interest in brand promotion is a plus
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure professionally
• Must own a personal laptop
