Semilor is a growing creative and branding agency helping businesses build strong, innovative, and impactful brands. We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth execution of creative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the creative team.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager in an agency setup (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Passion for branding, marketing, and creativity.
