Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are a fast-growing creative and branding agency helping businesses build impactful brands through strategy, design, and digital presence. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and manage engaging content while driving growth across platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies for clients and in-house brands. Create engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns) in line with brand goals. Manage social media calendars and ensure timely execution. Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Track analytics, generate reports, and suggest improvements. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms. Coordinate with the creative team (designers, video editors, copywriters). Build strong online communities and engage with followers. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (preferably in an agency environment ). Strong understanding of all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads – plus point). Creative mindset with excellent communication skills. Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts at once.
