Salary: 40000 About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relation Specialist (Fresher) who is fluent in Bengali to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Bengali-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving queries, and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients in Bengali and English over phone, email, or chat to address their inquiries and concerns. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Understand client needs and offer solutions or escalate to the relevant department. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Provide feedback to the internal team for service improvement. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through professional and timely responses. Requirements: Fluency in Bengali (spoken) and good command of English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
