Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and dedicated Client Relationship Executive to build strong relationships with our clients. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, understanding their needs, and helping deliver smooth and positive experiences. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction Prepare reports and update client records Support in client onboarding and retention activities Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service attitude Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, CRM preferred) Ability to handle multiple clients at once Problem-solving mindset Freshers or experienced candidates welcome (training provided) Preferred Qualities:Positive attitude Patience and professionalism Good listening skills Team player
