Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive based in Haldwani. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include building and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing client queries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and ensuring the overall success of client accounts.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Client RelationsProficiency in Communication and Relationship BuildingExperience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client loyaltyExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple client accountsPrior experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is advantageous
