Client Relationship Executive

Vecura Wellness Clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional wellness and healthcare services to our clients. We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact and support our daily administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to all incoming emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance records for staff.
• Assist with 

  billing and loan processing

  , ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-ups.
• Handle client data entry and ensure correct uploading of information into the ERP system.
• Receive, check, and maintain logs for all courier deliveries.
• Greet and assist clients, ensuring a warm and positive front-desk experience.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide necessary information to clients.
• Support overall administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or receptionist training preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or front office executive, especially in a clinic or wellness center, is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Customer-service–oriented and presentable.
