Overview of the role:
PropertyAngel Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a Client Relationship Executive to support client communication and coordination activities. This role involves interacting with clients, addressing service-related queries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and service delivery. This position is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries through phone calls, emails, and internal systems
• Provide accurate information related to services and processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of requests
• Follow up on pending issues and maintain service timelines
• Update and maintain client records using CRM or internal tools
• Ensure professional and courteous communication with clients Required Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
• Willingness to work from the Koramangala office
