Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a proactive and confident Client Relationship Executive who can build strong connections with Architects and Interior Designers and help drive sales for our premium product.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, and managing client requirements from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Lead Generation & Lead Management

• Identify principal architects and senior decision-makers.
• Generate leads through Google, LinkedIn, referrals, existing clients, company-provided lists, etc.
• Maintain accurate lead records in company templates/CRM.

2. Client Meetings & Communication

• Conduct new, follow-up, and requirement-based client interactions.
• Share requirement details with clients via prompt emails.
• Keep meeting records updated in the given templates.

3. Order Closing

• Identify potential clients for quick closures.
• Join senior team members during important closing meetings.
• Develop confidence to close orders independently.

4. Coordination After Order Confirmation

• Manage the workflow once an order is confirmed.
• Submit complete CIF and coordinate with the backend team.
• Stay in touch with clients regarding queries, PO, payments, and updates.

Requirements:-

1–4 years in Sales / Business Development / Client Relations preferred
Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.
