Job Description

Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a highly driven and client-focused Client Relationship Executive who thrives in a target-based environment and enjoys turning leads into long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:

 Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and chats to understand their requirements

 Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients through effective communication and persuasion

 Explain company services clearly and professionally

 Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and up-selling

 Use CRM tools to track leads, manage client follow-ups, and maintain data accuracy

 Coordinate internally with operations teams for smooth client onboarding and support

 Meet monthly conversion targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills:

 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales, client handling, or business development

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong command of email etiquette

is a must)

 Strong sales acumen and client-first attitude

 Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with KPIs and sales targets

 Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 Comfortable with a sales-focused profile and confident in client interactions

Preferred Qualification:

 MBA / BBA graduates with specialization in Marketing, Finance, or Business

Administration

 Experience in compliance, financial services, legal tech, or B2B service-based companies

is a plus

 Candidates based in Ahmedabad or nearby locations are highly preferred
