🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Client Success Manager / Account Manager who will act as the single point of contact for our clients. The role focuses on smooth project execution, client satisfaction, retention, and upselling. This is not a hardcore sales role — it’s about managing relationships and delivering results. 🧩 Key Responsibilities1. Client Communication & Relationship ManagementPrimary contact for assigned clients Understand client goals, business, and expectations Regular updates via WhatsApp, email, or calls Handle feedback, revisions, and concerns professionally 2. Project & Delivery ManagementGather clear requirements for: Websites SEO Paid ads Content & marketing services Coordinate with: Web developers Content creators Marketing team Ensure projects are delivered: On time As per scope With quality 3. Client Retention & GrowthBuild long-term relationships Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities: Website → SEO SEO → Ads Ads → Maintenance Educate clients on new services & improvements Reduce churn & increase lifetime value 4.
