Job Description

Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Location: Ernakulam

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing client communications, providing exceptional support, and ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in MS Office applications to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain professional communication with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide timely and effective support for client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any client-related issues or requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate tracking sheets to organize, monitor, and oversee various tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure effective project delivery and communication with clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding client needs and projects.
  • Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, manage, and maintain client-related documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in client relations or a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) is a plus.
