We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Relations & Sales Executive to handle lead follow-ups, schedule meetings with architects and interior designers, prepare quotations, and give product demos to clients. The ideal candidate should also be able to coordinate procurement and installation processes with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Client Management: Follow up with new and existing leads via calls and messages. Schedule meetings with architects, designers, and homeowners. Maintain a record of communication and lead status using CRM or Excel. Quotation & Demo Support: Prepare professional quotations based on client requirements. Understand basic product specs to give on-site or video demos of home automation products (training will be provided). Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for procurement timelines. Ensure timely installation and address site-related follow-ups. Act as a bridge between sales, technical, and operations teams. Skills Required: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Good command over Excel, WhatsApp, and email-based communication. Basic technical aptitude (understanding or willingness to learn smart products). Prior experience in inside sales or field coordination is a plus. Must be organized, punctual, and customer-focused.
