Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support business growth.   Responsibilities: Handle client calls, queries, and complaints professionally. Maintain customer records and follow up regularly. Build long-term relationships and improve customer retention. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Collect feedback and suggest process improvements.   Requirements: Good communication & interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office). Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn. Experience: 0–3 years (freshers can apply). Qualification: Graduate (preferred).   Salary: 12k to 15k + Incentives   Benefits: Performance-based incentives Growth opportunities
