You will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving engagement, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and support.
• Act as a point of contact between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, or service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client expectations are consistently met.
• Follow up on leads, schedule client meetings, and assist in onboarding new clients.
• Maintain and update client databases, track interactions, and prepare regular reports.
• Handle post-sales client engagement, follow-ups, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, courtesy, and care in every interaction.
