Job Description

You will be serving as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing client interactions, resolving inquiries, and supporting potential leads. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. - Building a thorough understanding of clients" business objectives, challenges, and needs, and advising accordingly. - Handling both inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, web chats) with existing clients and prospective leads. - Providing detailed information about services, particularly free counseling offerings, and scheduling appointments for interested clients. - Tracking client engagement, preferences, and feedback to recognize patterns and recommend service enhancements. - Delivering exemplary customer service by promptly addressing and resolving client concerns or issues. - Meeting monthly targets related to client engagement and sign-ups through consultative and persuasive communication. - Preparing and maintaining daily reports on client interactions, lead generation, conversions, and other key metrics. - Maintaining detailed and organized records of all client communications and status updates. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience, preferably in a US-based sales or customer service environment. - At least 1 year of experience in US sales or client service processes is highly preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Prior exposure to cold calling, lead generation, or client acquisition is an advantage. - Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools. - Willingness to work night shifts from the office. Competencies & Skills: - Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. - Consultative mindset with the ability to understand client needs and position solutions accordingly. - High degree of ownership and accountability. - Analytical orientation, with the capacity to monitor trends in client activity and translate feedback into actionable insights. - Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple leads and clients efficiently. Work Environment: - Office-based role with night shift timings. - Fast-paced, performance-driven atmosphere. - Target-oriented, with clear metrics for client engagement and sign-up conversions.
