Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship & Customer Support Executive to serve as a primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. The role involves managing client interactions, resolving inquiries, and supporting potential leads. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of customer service and consultative sales processes, particularly within a US-based context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Build a thorough understanding of clients’ business objectives, challenges, and needs, and advise accordingly.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, web chats) with existing clients and prospective leads.
  • Provide detailed information about our services, particularly free counseling offerings, and schedule appointments for interested clients.
  • Track client engagement, preferences, and feedback to recognize patterns and recommend service enhancements.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service by promptly addressing and resolving client concerns or issues.
  • Meet monthly targets related to client engagement and sign-ups through consultative and persuasive communication (note: this is not a direct sales role—focus is on enrollment, not hard-selling).
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports on client interactions, lead generation, conversions, and other key metrics.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all client communications and status updates

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience, preferably in a US-based sales or customer service environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in US sales or client service processes is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Prior exposure to cold calling, lead generation, or client acquisition is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work night shifts from the office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
