Job Description:

  • Financial & Investment Management: Assist with tracking the CEO's investments and managing fund transfers.
  • Property & Tenant Management: Handle rent collection, resolve facility issues, and find new tenants when properties become vacant.
  • Insurance & Benefits Coordination: Ensure the CEO’s health insurance is up-to-date and claims are processed in a timely manner.
  • Tax Communication: Liaise with the IRS to confirm receipt of tax returns and ensure everything is filed correctly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general support with scheduling, calls, and ad-hoc tasks that help the CEO stay organized.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools
  • Knowledge of financial management and property oversight is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
