Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relations & Sales Specialist focusing on the UK Market. The Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service to UK-based clients, maintaining a friendly, professional tone in all communications.
• Address customer queries, build and nurture client relationships, and enhance satisfaction through effective support.
• Respond to sales inquiries promptly and work to convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and architecture teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless experience for clients.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in a British accent for clear and effective client interactions.
• At least 2 years of experience working with UK clients or customers.
• Strong skills in customer relations, support, and sales.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficient in using HubSpot CRM for managing client relationships and tracking sales processes
• Skilled in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, with a focus on continuous improvement for better results.
• Experienced in creating and implementing seasonal marketing campaigns to boost engagement and drive sales.

You have to work from 9 am to 6 pm UK time for us (Monday to Friday)
