Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relations & Sales Specialist focusing on the UK Market. The Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Qualifications Deliver exceptional customer service to UK-based clients, maintaining a friendly, professional tone in all communications. Address customer queries, build and nurture client relationships, and enhance satisfaction through effective support. Respond to sales inquiries promptly and work to convert leads into successful sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and architecture teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless experience for clients. Requirements: Proficiency in a British accent for clear and effective client interactions. At least 2 years of experience working with UK clients or customers. Strong skills in customer relations, support, and sales. Proven ability to manage client expectations and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in using HubSpot CRM for managing client relationships and tracking sales processes Skilled in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, with a focus on continuous improvement for better results. Experienced in creating and implementing seasonal marketing campaigns to boost engagement and drive sales.
