We are seeking a Client Relations Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers. This role is not about meeting rigid sales targets but about guiding customers through their home-buying journey with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. The executive will focus on understanding client needs, providing accurate project details, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in delivering a smooth and memorable customer experience.
● Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails from prospective buyers.
● Understand customer needs and suggest suitable housing options.
● Share project details including layout, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
● Maintain updated records of inquiries and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
● Track client status for smooth follow-ups.
● Assist in scheduling appointments and site visits.
● Coordinate with the sales team for seamless handovers.
● Build rapport with clients through professional and transparent communication.
● Encourage referrals by ensuring a positive client experience.
● Collect client feedback on queries and expectations.
● Share insights with sales and marketing teams for improvement.
● Minimum: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary
● Preferred: Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B. Com, BBA, etc.)
● Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
● Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and persuasive tone.
● Familiarity with MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email, or CRM software.
● Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or telecalling preferred.
● Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus but not mandatory.
● Confident, approachable, and professional demeanor.
● Patient listener with problem-solving abilities.
● Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
● Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments.
