The ideal candidate should be well-versed with departmental workings and tender processes, and be capable of leveraging personal networks and liaisons to ensure project approvals. 🛠 Key Responsibilities : Identify and pursue government tenders, infrastructure development projects, and procurement opportunities relevant to tiles, adhesives, and construction materials. Build and maintain relationships with government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), contractors, and consultants. Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to prepare tender documentation and project proposals. Track government schemes, building codes, and urban development initiatives. Navigate the tendering, bidding, and documentation processes smoothly through departments. Ensure timely follow-up and approval of projects via formal and informal channels. Represent the company at relevant government meetings, expos, and forums. ✅ Requirements: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development or liaison roles related to government contracts. Strong network in PWD, CPWD, Housing Boards, Smart City missions, etc. Proven track record in winning and executing infrastructure or supply-based government projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
