Job Description

As a Client Project Manager at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for leading and directing concurrent standard or complex client projects. Your main role will involve interfacing with all project stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully taken from the original concept through to final implementation, including handover to Operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Leading and directing concurrent standard or complex projects. - Engaging with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation. - Ensuring client satisfaction and managing escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client. - Ensuring projects deliver as-sold solutions within budget and on time while maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction. - Managing project delivery, including scope control and change management. - Documenting and managing risks and issues. - Providing clear and concise communications to all stakeholders. - Offering pre-sales support by scoping and costing project solutions and completing proposals. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Seasoned project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects. - Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. - Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Capability to work in high-pressure environments. - Business acumen, commercial skills, and self-driven commitment to succeed. - Ability to influence and collaborate effectively. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Competency in project change management and industry/domain knowledge related to client projects. Academic qualifications and certifications required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, project management, or related field. - Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP. ITIL certification is beneficial. Necessary experience for this role includes: - Project management experience in a multinational professional services environment. - Client engagement experience. - Understanding of the project life cycle and competency in project change management.
