Job Description

Role & responsibilities

POD leader who can handle the clients independently
Farming of client relationships.
Sourcing profiles to fill the positions.
Develop database
Engaging with candidates effectively pre and post offers
Manage and guide the team of researchers and hunters

Preferred candidate profile

Must have good experience and understanding of at least one or more of the following segments in the BFSI world - NBFC, Wealth Management, Fintech, HFC
Role does not require new Business Development, however, farming of relationships will be a target
Must be tech savy- Usage of AI tools, Fathom, Read.ai. Active on linkedin etc
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Must be able to work under pressure and tight timelines
