Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (Client Partner) at ARC, located in Pune or Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth of the organization by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to potential clients through various platforms to identify new business opportunities. - Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, providing guidance throughout all project stages. - Collaborate with internal teams to oversee project lifecycles, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional client experiences. - Develop and cultivate existing client accounts to expand business opportunities. - Represent ARC's brand with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 4-8 years in business development or client partnership roles, preferably in HR or L&D domains. - Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in relationship management and problem-solving, ability to manage multiple clients and projects with a process-oriented approach. Knowledge of digital marketing and L&D is a plus. - Attributes: Self-driven with a passion for exploring new opportunities, committed to continuous learning and improvement, sensitive to the impact of your work on others.
