Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Utilize existing relationships with key stakeholders, procurement teams, and hiring managers to identify and secure IT staffing opportunities.
Build trust and foster strong partnerships with clients to position KAnand Corporation as their preferred staffing provider.
Develop and execute strategies to expand headcount and revenue within assigned accounts through time-and-material staffing solutions.
Collaborate with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met with quality and speed.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
Lead discussions around pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to align client expectations with company capabilities.
Address and resolve any escalations, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.

Preferred candidate profile:

Proven experience in client partnership, business development, or account management within the IT staffing industry.
Established relationships with key stakeholders in IT organizations, including hiring managers, procurement teams, vendor management teams and managed service providers.
Strong understanding of IT staffing models, especially time-and-material solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to navigate and build relationships within complex corporate environments.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
