Role Description – Client Outreach Specialist (Intern)

We are looking for a Remote intern to join our team as a Client Outreach Specialist.

The intern will:

- Engage with potential and existing clients.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent client service.

- Enhance the overall customer experience.

- Communicate effectively to maintain strong client relationships.

- Support the team in outreach strategies and onboarding processes.

Perks: Along with a learning-rich environment, the intern will also receive 5% to 25% commission on every onboarded client.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Understanding of customer satisfaction, service, and experience.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (a plus).

- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
