Job Description

Role Overview: As part of the Client Services Operations Department at Hogarth, you will play a central role in the business, ensuring the smooth running of the accounts you manage. Your responsibilities will include managing projects from brief to final delivery, on time and within budget. It is essential to have a good grasp of account handling, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a client-focused approach while managing both clients and internal departments. Your role will involve focusing on quality, process, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services, and technology. - Ensure comprehension of contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, and SLAs of the accounts you manage, and disseminate relevant details to the wider team. - Maintain high productivity levels and team morale within the Client Servicing team. - Review team structure and resources regularly to ensure appropriate client servicing while meeting profitability targets. - Develop a succession plan for the Client Servicing team and collaborate with other department heads as needed. - Provide coaching and support for team members to aid in their personal development. - Manage internal administration tasks, such as handling holidays, sick days, and ensuring timesheet accuracy from direct reports. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 14 years of experience in managing and servicing international accounts. - Experience in working with Digital & TV/Broadcast will be advantageous. - Strong time management and prioritization skills. - Proficient in project management. - Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluent in oral and written English. - Strong numeracy skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive. - Previous experience in leading a dynamic account team, including resource planning. - Proficient in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote.
