Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Client Onboarding - Operations Field position. The individual will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration into NoBrokerHood’s systems. Daily tasks include guiding clients through system setup, training users on platform features, addressing any onboarding issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial
• Proficiency in using technology and management systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the property management or tech industry is a plus
