Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Head of Client Marketing
to lead our strategic marketing efforts focused on building brand awareness, driving demand, and strengthening client engagement. You will own the entire client marketing function from GTM strategies to campaign execution, positioning Antier Solutions as a trusted partner in blockchain and Web3 adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Brand Positioning
Develop, lead, and execute
strategic marketing plans
that align with Antier s business goals. Build strong brand positioning in the blockchain, Web3, and enterprise technology markets.
Establish Antier as a thought leader through targeted messaging across digital and offline channels.
Demand & Client Acquisition
Drive
client acquisition strategies
to generate qualified leads for services offered by Antier Solutions Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with client conversion goals.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute
multi-channel marketing campaigns
including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, SMM, Community Marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, events, and partnerships. Measure and optimize campaigns.
Client Engagement & Thought Leadership
Lead initiatives to engage clients through webinars, case studies, whitepapers, and industry events.
Work closely with product and delivery teams to communicate value propositions through storytelling and client success narratives.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and manage a
high-performing marketing team
aligned with growth goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders sales, product, partnerships, and delivery to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Monitor industry trends across blockchain, Web3, AI, and related technologies.
Reporting & Budgeting
Define marketing KPIs and
report regularly on performance
to senior leadership. Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
8-12+ years
of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in tech, SaaS, blockchain, or enterprise services. Proven experience in
brand building, demand generation, and digital strategy
. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Passion for blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and emerging tech trends.
