Job Description

You will be joining Lenovo, a renowned global technology company with a revenue of US$57 billion and a strong presence in 180 markets worldwide. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include managing the PC, Infrastructure, Servers, Storage, and Solution business segments. You will be tasked with developing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers, while also monitoring market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback to the organization. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Account sales executives to lead Account Development sales activities in your assigned territory. Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be a core objective, encompassing volumes, revenue, territory penetration, market share, profitability, and growth. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth within your customer base, with a specific emphasis on maximizing the sale of key products such as SnP, Visuals, and ISG. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing customer relationships within your designated territory. Critical skills for success in this role include independent thinking, the ability to lead Channel business initiatives, high-level logical and critical thinking, and a self-starter entrepreneurial mindset. You should be practical, results-oriented, and flexible in your approach to work, with strong communication and presentation skills and a keen commercial acumen.
