Role Description


Client Journey Manager


This is a relationship-focused role requiring polish, empathy, and initiative. You will play a central role in creating the tone and standard of service that defines our brand.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary touchpoint for clients through onboarding and continued engagement.
  • Guide clients through the platform’s interface, ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience.
  • Handle questions, problems, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a proactive, relationship-driven communication approach—making clients feel supported and confident.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback to help refine processes and improve the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to relay insights and help enhance user experience.
  • Represent the brand with warmth, professionalism, and discretion at all times.


Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 

    3 years of experience

     in client-facing or service-oriented roles with high-end brands or companies serving affluent individuals.
  • Polished communication skills in 

    English and Hindi

    —both spoken and written.
  • Based in 

    Gurgaon or Delhi

    , comfortable with on-site or hybrid work.
  • Strong interpersonal, social, and relationship-building skills.
  • Poised, confident, empathetic, and detail-oriented; able to make clients feel understood and cared for.
  • Comfortable working with technology and digital interfaces.
  • Eager to be part of a

  • Calm under pressure, with a service mindset and refined professionalism.
