The Role You’ll be the strategic nerve center connecting business vision, marketing execution, and digital growth. Your mission: take The Plan Beyond from blueprint to launch-ready reality — ensuring the brand’s voice, partnerships, and go-to-market systems are firing in sync. This isn’t a routine “manager” role. It’s a builder’s role — part strategist, part operator, part storyteller — working directly with the Founder to bring a category-defining idea to life. What You’ll Own Architect and execute launch and growth strategies across business, marketing, and partnerships. Lead e-commerce and digital platform onboarding — ensuring seamless integration with payment, compliance, and data systems. Manage high-stakes relationships with: PR and media partners Tech and data security vendors Legal/IP firms and compliance consultants Payment gateways (Razorpay, Google Pay, etc.) Drive the company’s external communications , ensuring every partnership, campaign, and touchpoint aligns with the brand’s ethos. Collaborate with tech and creative teams to synchronize launch plans, messaging, and brand positioning. Create clarity in chaos — manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and execution timelines like a pro. What You Bring A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred but not required if you’ve got the edge). 5+ years in strategy, marketing, or business operations — ideally with exposure to startups, consumer tech, or e-commerce. A strong mix of strategic thinking and execution discipline — you can plan the forest and plant the trees. Fluency in digital ecosystems — from CRM tools to WhatsApp marketing, analytics, and campaign management. Understanding of compliance, IP, or fintech ecosystems is a plus. You’ll be responsible for building the business architecture and GTM playbook for our SaaS platform — spanning product-market fit, digital partnerships, launch strategy, and marketing funnels. You’ll bridge strategy with execution, working directly with the Founder to scale The Plan Beyond from concept to product-market domination. 🧭 What You’ll Lead Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies across insurance-tech, wealth, and SaaS verticals. Work closely with product and tech teams to define user journeys, onboarding flows, and subscription models. Build and manage strategic partnerships with insurers, financial advisors, law firms, and digital service providers. Lead the integration of payment systems, APIs, and third-party SaaS services into the platform. Oversee digital marketing and demand-generation funnels across email, WhatsApp, and paid media. Manage relationships with PR, creative, and tech vendors to ensure brand, product, and messaging alignment. Create frameworks for pricing, compliance, and data security storytelling — building user trust in an emerging category. Measure impact — track acquisition, activation, retention, and ROI metrics using analytics tools and dashboards. Contribute to strategic discussions with leadership , influencing roadmap, product positioning, and brand voice. 🧩 Ideal Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Technology. 5+ years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, or InsurTech business strategy, growth, or product marketing roles. Proven experience leading product launches or GTM campaigns for digital platforms or IT products. Understanding of insurance ecosystems , financial planning products, and compliance landscapes. Strong grasp of B2C SaaS growth metrics — CAC, LTV, retention, churn, activation, and funnel optimization. Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, GA4, Looker Studio, and Figma. Excellent written and verbal communication — crisp, persuasive, and strategic. Experience managing vendors, legal/IP, and technology partners. Bias for action, with the ability to work autonomously in a high-growth, low-structure startup environment.
