Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable with communicating directly with US-based associates
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Fully computer literate; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS, COUNTIFS, TRIM, CONCATENATE, basic charts/visualizations)
Familiarity with AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc, and ability to apply it for discovery and analysis of trends and data.
Strong understanding of accurate record-keeping, particularly for managing and updating provider/location counts and performance metrics across RepuGen accounts
Ability to follow instructions, manage deadlines, and work independently
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and identify performance trends
Comfort reviewing client performance metrics and proactively flagging issues internally
Previous experience in client success, analytics, or SaaS data reporting is a plus
Experience with reputation management, patient experience metrics, or healthcare data is a plus
Responsibilities:
Own RepuGen client performance monitoring : track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, including surveys, responses, review volume, sentiment, provider counts, and engagement metrics
Identify underperforming clients based on defined rules/criteria and flag them to Account Managers or Client Success Managers
Analyze performance drops by reviewing RepuGen data, checking configuration issues, and outlining potential root causes
Analyze recurring performance reports Client Success Underperformance Report (weekly/monthly)
Client Performance Analysis (surveys, uploads, reviews, conversion rates)
Market research insights using aggregated RepuGen data to identify trends
Develop clear narratives ( data stories ) for Account Managers, supporting upsells, renewals, and client education
Maintain accurate tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor client health and performance trends
Work cross-functionally with Development, QA, and Client Success to verify data accuracy and escalate issues when needed
Perform quality checks on client configurations, provider/location mappings, and data flows
Assist with internal audits to ensure newly onboarded or updated accounts are functioning correctly
and provide internal recommendations for improving client outcomes or platform usage
Contribute to market research by identifying emerging trends across specialties, regions, or client cohorts using RepuGen data
Manage internal tasks in OpenVio , including submitting tickets, following up with dev tasks, and updating statuses
Assist with ad-hoc analysis , preparing presentations, or supporting leadership with data-driven insights
Additionally, it would be ideal for the assistant to be working for at least 1 hour per day during US office hours so that we can easily coordinate with them, while remaining full-time working hours are flexible.
