Now we need someone who can knock on the right doors (or LinkedIn inboxes) and say, Hi, need help hiring? without sounding creepy. What You ll Do (a.k.a. Responsibilities): Find companies that need recruitment support (read: clients with hiring headaches) Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition folks, and people who make hiring decisions Pitch our recruitment services like you mean it no robotic scripts please Set up meetings, take follow-ups, and get the deal moving Work with our recruitment ninjas to align delivery capacity with client expectations Maintain leads in Excel or CRM (we won t judge if you color-code your sheet) Be shamelessly curious, persistent, and positive we like energy What We re Looking For: Strong communication (especially the kind that doesn t put people to sleep) Some understanding of recruitment or sales (or willing to fake it till you make it... just kidding, we ll train you) Knows how to Google, stalk on LinkedIn (ethically), and write decent emails Comfortable doing cold calls and staying cool after rejection Knows that B2B sales isn t just tea-and-talk, it s hustle and follow-up Bonus Points If You: Have worked in staffing/recruitment before Know someone in HR even if it s your cousin Can crack a joke in a client call without losing the deal B2b, Strong Communication And Presentation, Recruitment Sales
