Role Overview: As an Account Owner at GoodSpace.ai, your role is not just about closing deals but owning the entire client journey. You will work closely with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive as a tight pod to set expectations and deliver outcomes together. From the first conversation to long-term account growth, you will lead client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position GoodSpace as a trusted hiring partner. Your focus will be on maintaining a strong pipeline, utilizing data-driven CRM, and using insights to retain, upsell, and expand accounts. Representing GoodSpace.ai as a polished, modern face of intelligent hiring will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client relationships from initial outreach to renewal - Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities - Understand client hiring needs and position GoodSpace as a trusted hiring partner - Collaborate with your TA counterpart to deliver fast, high-quality hires - Maintain a strong pipeline and a clean, data-driven CRM - Utilize insights to retain, upsell, and expand accounts - Represent GoodSpace.ai as a polished, modern face of intelligent hiring Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, HRTech, or recruitment BD - Strong closing skills with clear and structured communication - Confidence in presenting to founders, HR leaders, and CXOs - A metrics-first mindset focusing on conversions, pipeline health, and revenue - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Additional Details: - Experience selling HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment services is a bonus - Exposure to account-based or recurring revenue models is advantageous - Understanding of hiring cycles and talent pipelines is beneficial Please note that the company offers: - Ownership of accounts similar to running your own business - Opportunity to work closely with your TA partner to build long-term, recurring accounts - Rapid growth path: Account Owner -> Pod Lead -> Business Manager - Competitive base salary along with aggressive performance incentives - Joining a high-energy, no-excuses team reshaping how India hires Role Overview: As an Account Owner at GoodSpace.ai, your role is not just about closing deals but owning the entire client journey.
